      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Dec 2013

      Interview

3 Rounds - HR Screen - Behavioral w/ Sr Manager - 2 Round Behavioral/Situational In Person Interview w/ Manager and Sr. Manager. Not too strenuous, just sound confident and sell yourself otherwise they will question your fit. They flew me to their Houston office for the in person, but if you are closer to HQ they will fly you to Chicago. There were several other candidates present in the waiting area. Overall the actual in-person interview planning & logistics was a crap-shoot because of Accenture HR, but the company as a whole had no fault in that, but be prepared to be stood-up and/or expected to roll into the office in the next 45 minutes when you find out your originally aligned slot was cancelled and they want you in the office ASAP, and luckily everything plays out fine because you are paranoid and decide to drive in the night before.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture in Dec 2013

      Interview

Applied online in mid October and received an email from a recruiter 8 weeks later to schedule a first round interview. The first round interview with the recruiter was over the phone and consisted of resume review questions (ex: Tell me about your experience as a researcher; go into more detail about your extracurricular activities; tell me about a typical work week; etc.) and what I knew/wanted to know about Accenture. The recruiter was extremely friendly and let me know by the end of the approximately 45 minute interview that I would be moving forward to a second round situational interview.
