      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jul 2021

      Interview

First interview/assessment morning, with paired activity involving a potential situation with a client where you had to describe how you would deal with it. Then there was a exercise which you had to do solo with a employer listening in, where you had a colour pallet in front of you and were made to name each one. Other activities such as this which had a 10 minute timer to do them all. Finally an interview with another employer with 10 questions about hypothetical situations in the workplace and what you would do. After completing that assessment, if successful - you go through to another interview, one on one with an employer for a more in-depth interview which they get to know you, your skills and knowledge of the company/industry.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2019

      Interview

Applied online, got a email to complete an online assessment. Assessment takes a while to complete as it is a whole application that is interactive and there is two parts. The first is a website app that contains a list of information about a project, with questions on each section. Questions range from how you feel about a situation, what would you do and some work on data given to you. Example how much did x make in year 1 vs year 2 in this section of business. After this there is a logical reasoning and more questions about what would you do. Logical reasoning was ok, other questions got repetitive as the options you were given where pretty much the same so ordering them wasn't much use. Got an email the day after that was clearly a template that I didn't get to progress. Got more "detailed" feedback later on. Was told my one weakness was Tech Advocate, The assessment was on extender reality, something that I have worked on before to a degree. Feedback was completely useless to me as it was the only one I was told about. Out of 4 things they look for this was the only one. Wise someone could have read the CV is submitted to see that this isn't true.

      Question 1

How would you deal with feedback about not having enough information/ correct information in a presentation to a client.
