It was pretty exciting. They even gave hypothetical situation. No academic questions as such. Though the initial shortlisting criteria is robust, the interview part is even more so. Be a little diplomatic.
Very well structured interview process. Great support for preparation. Very relevant questions asked for the industry dynamics. The interview was also measuring soft skills. It included case study which was role relevant.

Mostly asked about my experience and how it relates to consulting. The bulk of the interview was me doing on a case. The case was not as intense as typical consulting cases but it was based around the project team in which I was joining
