Interview
El proceso de reclutamiento constó en 2 entrevistas.
La primera es la típica donde te preguntan sobre ti aspectos en general. Cuáles han sido tus proyectos, en qué has trabajado, algunas preguntas en inglés, etc.
La segunda entrevista ya fue la técnica.
Igual hicieron preguntas en inglés pero ahora relacionadas al conocimiento que requería el puesto al que estaba aplicando.
Lo que no me gustó es que el proceso fue larguísimo.
Pasó como una semana entre la primer y segunda entrevista.
Sin embargo, después de la segunda entrevista, pasaron como 2 meses y medio en volver a saber de ellos.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. One phone call screen with a recruiter, one more technical with someone with a developer background, one last behavioral. All being calls of about 30- 45 minutes

Question 1
What is the difference between java Overloading and Override
First round technical, second was managerial then discussion moved to nextjs not much in node related to node js full stack as it should be and technical was awesome in depth but managerial was totally moved out of context.

Interview
Interview was good, It was more about technical discussion and questions were asked from the resume, so with good preparation it can be cleared.
