Interview
There were 3 people interviewing me: HR, Team Leader and an unknown person (she didn't ask any questions). It started with basic 'tell us about yourself' questions, about experience, etc, than there were questions from the team leader about 'how would i behave in a situation like ...' Than I was presented benefits. They called with an offer the same day.
Ti contattano per un colloquio video di 5 min e se va bene ti invitano nella loro sede per una giornata. La giornata dura mezza mattinata ed é volta ad approfondire grado di competenza
Nel colloquio non hanno fatto altro che parlare di laurea quando conosco molte persone che sono entrate anche senza, quindi non ha senso proprio la domanda in sè, anche perche di mio conosco molto di piu di un universitario cio nonostante non posso mettere in pratica visto che non ti danno l’opportunità.
Simple enough if you are applying for a junior position with one foreign language. As long as you speak English and the language of application - you are all set.
