Interview
Had a very good first interview process with questions including Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream Mapping. The second stage included a case study but there was not enough time for this, and I also did not use the numbers in my response.
Interview process takes time. One has to be patient enough to go through it. The duration of the interview is normally for 30 mins. They take two rounds to decide the outcome of the interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Feb 2019

2 rounds of Technical + 1 HR discussion
both rounds were telephonic , they call you in their office and then connects to interviewer on call. Strange, not managed well enough, first round was postponed twice without prior notice.
