A bit disorganized and long response time. The interviewee wasnt super engaged and seemed to not fully be listening to my responses. Was meant to be a 1 hour interview but only lasted ~45 mins.

First round - screening with a recruiter Second round - technical assessment Third round - interview with hiring manager/senior manager Ghosted after the third round. No communication, and little respect for candidates who have taken out time to interview.

The whole process was very slow. It took more than one week to know the result. Also, the hiring manager was not aware of the recruiting processes. After several rounds, I got no indication from them if I moved further or not.
