first we need to pass the aptitude and reasoning exam then we will be redirected to the programming, in programming we need to answer 2 codes(1-easy,2-average].if we qualify the exam then we will get selected to interview. the interview was easy.

Interview
Initial interview was automated. Applying without background knowledge to the job is a big no no meaning you wouldn't be able to lie your way through it or at least from my experience.
It was very good with some good information regarding the environment and it was more informative. Needed to be more candidate friendly.Need some more improvement in the interview process and Communication is delayed
