I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2023
Interview
The interviwer was very chill overall, since he was just a few years older than a me, he was well informed of what type of projects and internships we were required to do in the college. he was also patient and mentioned 'you can take your time' after every question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
mostly tech related, resume focused and the projects you did in the college. one was HR/Situation based too but not too difficult.
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
the interview process was good and it was good you will be selected from an online technical round for the interview. prepare with your projects and work on your communication skills
First there was an aptitude test with two coding questions, followed by a communication round assessing clarity and confidence, and finally a technical and HR interview as the selection stage.
