You start with the test which is not really difficult but there is only 5% of candidates who passed it. Once you pass the test you are invited for series interviews with your managers

there are 3 rounds of interview after initial phone call with HR. 1st round was a case study 2nd round was about behavioral questions 3rd round was 1 on 1 with leadership
