1 technical, round of interview and 1 HR round interview.Technical related to project and HR related to flexibility in working and situation based question. How to make your employee work when he or she is not willing to work.
Call you for f2f then it would be virtual in office, but there would be no slots. Gets delayed by a lot of time and it may get cancelled or have to repeat the interview again due to their poor hiring process. No support at all from HR, no one takes responsibility

questions about performance, essentially and how organized a person is with code. Part of the interview is conducted in English.
