      Energy Solutions Manager Interview

      Jul 9, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Calgary, AB
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Calgary, AB)

      Interview

It was a long process. In total, I had four interviews. The first was a prescreening interview, and the third involved a case study. The recruiter was very engaged throughout the process. After the fourth interview, the recruiter informed me to stay put as they were waiting for a final word from the senior management. A couple of weeks later, the recruiter stopped responding and disappeared. While the overall experience was good, it felt awful that the conversation ended without a definitive Yes/No/Why not feedback from the hiring team. It took a lot of time from both sides for no good use.
