The first round is an aptitude and coding round. In the aptitude section, candidates have to solve 90 questions in 90 minutes. After that, in the coding round, candidates need to solve two problems with difficulty levels of easy/medium.
The second round is the communication round. It is a non-elimination round, but the marks will count. In this round, candidates have to listen to a sentence and repeat it correctly. This round lasts for 30 minutes.
In the third round, they will ask basic HR questions like "Tell me about yourself," "What was your final year project?" "What difficulties did you face?" "Do you have any certifications or internships?" and "Do you prefer to work in a group or by yourself?"
They usually take 2–3 weeks to share the results, but it has been two weeks, and I have yet to receive the mail.
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
