My first-round interview for the Sales Capture Specialist role in Chicago was with Kendrick Harris. He asked questions like, "Why Accenture?" and what I’m looking for in my next position. He then had me walk through a detailed account of my daily responsibilities in my last three roles. After I asked a few questions, Kendrick offered valuable advice for the second-round interview, which I really appreciated. I got the sense that he genuinely wanted me to succeed and felt like I had an advocate within the company. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I heard back about a week later that I was moving on to the next round.

Extremely slow process that took over 2 months, poor communication with several no-shows from recruiter and non responses to emails. It was a HR call, skills interview and an assignment. Took 6 weeks to get feedback on assignment.
