Interview
The interview process began with an online cognitive and technical test, followed by a communication assessment. Shortlisted candidates proceeded to a final interview round with technical and HR questions. The overall process was smooth, well-organized, and completed within a few days.

Tell me about your final year project and your role in it.
Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
