Accounts Receivable Management interview questions

I was taken into a room that I later learned functioned both as a lunch and conference room. I was asked standard interview questions (ex. 'Tell me about yourself') as well as a mixture of pure conversational talk. The interviewer made clear the reason that they used this format was because they wanted to see how good you were on your feet.
