A three tier interview process, the first is a group interview (between 10-20 interviewees) and are given an outline of the company and its procedures, the company then selects those from the group with good resumes, and those selected are called back for a basic math and English test, and a mechanical test.. Those who pass are then called back for a final one on one interview to discuss goals, dependability etc. The whole process takes approximately 2 weeks
