Acculynk interviews FAQs
The hiring process at Acculynk takes an average of 5 days when considering 3 user submitted interviews across all job titles. To compare, the average duration of hiring at similar companies like BlackRock, Inc. is 14 days, Fabricated Software, Inc. is 2 days, and Apple Inc. is 21 days. Candidates applying for Inside Sales had the quickest hiring process (on average 4 days), whereas Implementation Project Manager roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 5 days).
Fairly straightforward and helpful to have digital payments background. There was an initial phone screen and then 2 in-person interview rounds, one with senior members and another with the CTO. Everyone at the company seemed knowledgable but slightly wary of the culture.

Question 1
Asked me about my previous roles and project management experience
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Acculynk (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I submitted my resume online on a Thursday. Received an emailed request for a face-to-face interview after 6 p.m. the next day (Friday) with the confirmation email coming after 8 p.m. That was my first red flag. I then read the reviews listed here.
The interview was rushed with the first interviewer taking no notes and checking emails on his phone throughout. He admitted that the position I was interviewing for was not in his department.
The second interviewer explained that the implementation PM would not be working with developers, but rather I would be communicating only with the client and encouraging them to complete their tasks in a timely manner. I immediately lost interest. There are no implementation costs for the clients and the company earns revenue when transactions are processed, so there is a push to get the client to do their part as quickly as possible. This is seems to be more of a project coordinator position than a project manager position.
I did not hear back from them, but I am absolutely not interested in working for this company.
