Acibadem Healthcare Group interview questions

Did two interviews with various levels of management, was described what the job entailed and what would be expected of me. Had conversations on the outlook of the company on what they were trying to achieve with the EMR sector in the world. I was offered the job and accepted, however I later learned they gave the job to someone else without contacting me.

I was invited for the interview for the position of translator for Russian and English speaking patients in one of the Acıbadem hospitals in Istanbul. I had to attend two interviews (the way there took nearly two hours), and the answer was positive. But suddenly they called me and told that the position I was auditioned for is occupied (what a surprise, their hr department didn't know about it!) and right away offered me a slavery-like position in the airport which consists of nights shifts only (!!!) and each shift lasts for 14 hours. Moreover, I didn't get any clear answer about the salary, only that the management asseses one' s performance during the first working month and then decides about the salary. What a nonsense! No trust in Acıbadem anymore!
