Acility interview questions

phone interview with HR and then CIO, which were went well and asked good questions. Then a panel interview where only 2 of the 6 employees on the list attended. Was told to be at office 15 minutes before interview as HR wanted to do discuss some things. I arrived 25 minutes before the interview to be safe given I have to sign in and provide ID. Well 23 minutes later (2 minutes before the panel interview) someone came to get me at the front desk and escorted me to the interview which started 5 minutes late because the interviewers from Acility were late. I was disappointed at this stage because it showed a lack of respect. The interview was a teleconference however only 2 employees bothered to show up albeit late. The interview was 30 minutes in length and then I never heard from Acility again. The interviewers were both director levels which is strange given it was a VP level. Overall it was not a professional or positive experience and may be a tell tale sign that things are not well organized within the company and things are probably hectic.
