Aclaris Therapeutics interview questions

The team is very small, as the role I applied to only had the direct report (hiring manager) on the team. There are other sub-teams that you potentially may get the opportunity to work with, but there isn't much leverage for an individual to grow within the company. The interview was conducted in a fair manner - it was necessarily a good way to get to know myself, my experience and what I expect for myself in the long run. I don't really recommend the company to an individual with years of experience, rather a better fit for a person who is an entry-level role player who is trying to get their foot in the door. Overall ,the interview process was just fair, but unfortunately - the role is not for me.

Easy interview process as they were desperate to fill the role. They made it clear that the persons needing support was “difficult.” However, they did not share that 8 people within a six month period were run through. And run over.
