AcreTrader interview questions

The interview process was lengthy, thorough, and somewhat taxing. Though I appreciate the consideration, I feel as if it can be a burden to productivity for current employees. More often than not, you can tell what you need to about a prospective employee in the first 10 minutes of an interview. There are going to be ways they don't check off every box – no one candidate is perfect. But if they fit the main check items and their character is respectable, then the rest can be worked out.

Long process but it was cool to get to meet so many different people that work there. Everyone was very kind and very smart and very passionate about the work they did.
