I was interviewed by the B2B and Technical Managers, neither of whom specializes in digital marketing. They seemed clueless about the field, yet they want me to spearhead the department while retaining an agency founder as a part-time consultant. It makes no sense that the CEO asked these non-experts to interview me instead of the actual consultant. They also mentioned the CEO 'likes to discuss,' which implies heavy micromanagement. It’s a very weird setup, and judging by the low reviews, I wouldn't join.
