Active International interview questions

I applied through Indeed and had an initial phone call with HR. The call felt a bit odd because it ended with, “I’ll check with the team to see if they want to speak with you.” I was then invited to the next stage, a panel interview with three members of the team. The interview went well, and I was told they liked me a lot and that someone would definitely follow up. Unfortunately, that never happened. I contacted HR twice to ask about the status of the process and never received a response. It’s completely understandable if a candidate isn’t selected for not meeting the criteria, but ghosting applicants—especially after multiple interviews—is extremely disrespectful. For a company of this size, this behavior is disappointing and says a lot about how candidates, and potentially employees, are treated. After reading other reviews here, it’s clear this is not an isolated experience. Very disappointing.
