First HR Interview had a strong emphasis on:
- Availability during off hours and weekends
- 1 month probation period
- Hourly rate, no benefits whatsoever or PTO
- India-like salary rates when outside of the US (15 - 30usd)
- Agreement to install activity tracking app in personal device (which takes screenshots and video of course)
- Urgency to fill the roll (start ASAP)

Are you normally around after work hours and on weekends? Will you be able to help when you are called to do so during this time?
Do you agree to install Hubstuff "timetracking" app in your personal device ? (It is an activity tracking app with screenshots and video recording, not a time tracking app)
One interview then said it was put on pause, only to find out they hired someone cheaper. No transparency or integrity. Most admin staff seem outsourced abroad. The interview was more informal than. most.
