The selection process includes a coding round to assess programming skills, followed by two technical interview rounds evaluating problem-solving and domain knowledge, and a final HR round focusing on personality and fit.
Total 6 rounds of interview has happen.
First three technical rounds which is of 1 hour each after that 1 HR rounds.
After completing above rounds HR said you are selected and will received offer letter on date.
When contact HR after few days of mentioned date to received offer letter they said you have to give one coding test for receiving offer letter.
Coding round was 2 hours long.
After clearing round when followup for offer letter they told you again have to give 2 rounds of technical round again even if I was already completed all rounds and selected with offer letter already promised.
Again I gave one more technical round this round was also clear.
When I follow up again they said you are clear the round but we can't proceed as we have low budget.
I have mentioned my exception before giving 1st round of interview and they agree to provide it but after completing 6 rounds of interview and waiting of nearly 2 months they doesn't provide offer.
Really bad experience with HR and company they doesn't value your time.

No chance for interview if one is not comfortable to share last ctc. It is not mandate to ask for last ctc. What decade old HR practices are you guys following?
CTC depends on market standards, experience, skills and nature of job. Indian HR are so downgraded that they just want to further exploit the candidates by not giving them as per market standards but reduce their CTC.
