I interviewed with the founder and expressed work, life, balance was really important to me and his response was "thats not what employers want to hear". So if that is something that's important to you, I would not recommend even interviewing with his company. I expressed I enjoyed weight lifting in my free time and this man decided he would rattle off his PR's to me so that seemed weird. This is a job where they would like to work you to the bone and "you are responsible for how much money you make". Refused to tell me what the base salary was which is BIG RED FLAG if you have ever worked in staffing.
