It took 6 weeks. It had four parts. First web application, then contacted by recruitment and asked to do an assignment, submitted assignment and then phone interview, after the phone interview, invited to do on-site interview at Burlingame. Web application was thorough. Assignment questions were moderately difficult but meaningful. Phone interview was about the assignment. The on-site interview started with a test of logic and statistics. The whole on-site interview took approximately four and half hours, and are conducted by different project leaders. They mainly asked about research experience. My experience with Acumen has been very positive.

Phone Screen Interview The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.
