Interview
I applied online, and then was contacted by a recruiter who had me answer a questionnaire/pre-screen asking me to rank my skills in certain areas, provide a sample email to the client, and answer a few questions. I received an offer to interview a couple weeks later and then met with the team and had a group interview with two people asking pretty basic questions about my experience and skills. Two days later I had an offer.
1 round panel interview and then got hired. Fairly straightforward and then a reference check. Questions ranged from background to specific experience to future aspirations. After that, start date was nearly immediate.

First was a phone screen and then passed on to an in person interview. Was a group interview in which I met with 3 senior members at once. They each asked questions one after the other.
