Very positive and open discussion with the company director. He is flexible and open for individual approach. Agreed on salary and bonuses immediately. Agreed on two weeks probation period.

Completely unprepared and seedy, interview lasted less than 10 minutes, no real questions were asked. Also they got annoyed because I turned up 10 minutes early... Absolute waste of time with zero preparation on their side - would avoid at all costs.
