Adam & Company interview questions

Online application, numerical and verbal online tests, invite to phone interview. The phone interview is a strengths based interview, so questions asked and no prompts given. Completely open ended and given no time restriction. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease at most times, except the pauses between questions whilst he made notes. Waiting to hear about assessment centre invitation, after having passed phone screening process.
