Add-black interview questions

Initial phone call followed by an in-person at their office. I'm suggesting to management to change to a video interview. I drove 1 hour for the interview and did not get a final follow-up reply, and yes I followed-up. Please be more considerate to provide feedback or even a generic final reply to your candidates.
