Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. One of our team was unwell on the day of your interview, so sorry it was a different person on the day. A manager from the service did try and call you, our number sometimes comes up as ‘private number’ so you may not have recognised it was us. We are always looking to improve our systems and will review how we contact candidates. We are glad that you like our practice of sharing interview questions – we want to help people be at their best in interview and found that this can help with nerves.
