Question 1
Tell me a time where you have dealt with a stressful situation
I applied online. I interviewed at Addaction (Shrewsbury, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
The person who I was told to ask for on the day wasn't there so I was interviewed by two others without explanation. Following the interview I was told I would be contacted within the day but I never heard from them again and have since seen the job readvertised. Rather unprofessional. They do however five you the interview questions to work on when you arrive so you can at least prepare somewhat.

Question 1
Name 3 things your current company does poorly and how have you addressed this.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback.
One of our team was unwell on the day of your interview, so sorry it was a different person on the day. A manager from the service did try and call you, our number sometimes comes up as ‘private number’ so you may not have recognised it was us.
We are always looking to improve our systems and will review how we contact candidates.
We are glad that you like our practice of sharing interview questions – we want to help people be at their best in interview and found that this can help with nerves.
Best of luck with the job hunting.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Addaction (Canterbury, England)
Interview
Standard online application and then an interview with approx 9 questions which lasted 45 minutes between 3 interviewers, a 10 min role play and a mock email task. The only downfall with the questions is they tend to merge multiple parts in one question so it can throw you off a little bit.
