Started with an english proficiency test and then they called via phone to interview you, about a 45 minute conversation related to how you would approach situations, how many deals have you done, whats your "competitive edge" in today's market, give me a sales pitch if you were hosting an open house etc.

Rather, it measures overall cognitive and problem solving ability as well as personality attributes. We are very selective in our hiring process to ensure that we bring on the best candidates. Interview
The first three rounds were pretty easy. A lot of the questions are repetitive. The round where they ask you to do a Case Study sounds pretty unfair. I personally don't believe that's a way to test someone's talent or skills as you don't know about the product or company much. However, people were really nice and I enjoyed the overall process.

Interview
This was the most unnecessary interview process I have ever painstakingly endured in my life. They had an in person interview followed by a 3 hr at home case study. The in person interview was with 3 different people all at separate times. I don’t recall the content of the case study/task. All of that to say they were no longer hiring for the role. They post the same roles daily. I don’t believe they hire for most. Eve heard of ghost roles? Honestly I wouldn’t waste my time with this company. I was hesitant after they cancelled a project an almost had their builder license revoked but I applied anyways. I would never work for this company.
