First, HR round with some basic questions regarding qualification, experience, salary then you will be interviewed by clinical pharmacologist, you should learn in depth pharmacology for that. Once you clear this round you will be interviewed by CEO for again basic question about family history and finally you will have discussion with HR manager for negotiation of your salary.
