Adservice interview questions

I was approached by them on Linkedin, it took two weeks of email follow ups until I actually got a call from HR. Position was very Jr and my first question was if they saw my experience was much larger, to what they answered they were very happy about my experience. I also inquired about growth possibilities and was told they can't see the future, so they are not sure. When we discussed salary expectations there was a clear gap (I expected a Sr salary, they offered a Jr salary). We agreed I'd get an answer in 3 working days. Never heard back from them.
