I applied online. I interviewed at Adthena in Nov 2025
Interview
The process has a few stages, potentially daunting for some, but meeting different individuals and teams during the process gives you a great feel for the company culture and plenty opportunity to ask questions!
The communication throughout the process was great, I was never left waiting to hear about next steps, it was as prompt as it could be. Everyone I met was courteous, polite and genuinely lovely to meet.
I had an initial screening with their internal recruiter, then meeting the hiring manager, and a task/presentation tailored to the role applied for followed by a culture fit with exec team level.

Question 1
Aside from the technical/domain knowledge of the role I applied for, there were competency based questions aligned with Adthena company values. There were more general motivation/background/likes vs dislikes questions too.

Interview
The interview process was very efficient and well managed, Josh and the team did a great job of organising the interview stages and making me feel at ease throughout. He gave me plenty of information to help me prepare for each stage and talked me through exactly what the team were looking for. We got through all 4 interview stages within a week and Josh was brilliant at providing the feedback and then walking me through the next steps.
1. Started with a screening call with talent acquisition manager.
2. Call with Senior Manager
3. Virtual presentation & task exercise
4. Call with Global VP
5. Culture check call with CFO/COO
Overall a very smooth interview experience! Josh, the talent acquisition manager followed up very quickly with feedback from each stage, and also sent alot of useful prep before each interview.

Interview
The communication was very clear and everything went really smoothly, i had 3 interviews, being the last one a code challenge, which i didn't had to submit, just to show on the interview how would be my approach and how i would handle errors that could happen during runtime
