AdvaCare Systems interview questions

I applied through a temporary agency. The process took about 2 weeks. I went to an onsite interview and was offered the position later that day. Then had to go to an orientation about the job at the temporary agency office.

It was one interview with a few follow up calls, followed by a job offer. The interview included basic questions and was more or less the search for someone who seemed to be a right cultural fit with the company. Interviewer was pleasant and conversational. After a few weeks, the job was offered over the phone. Salary and benefits were negotiated over the phone during the job offering.
