Advanced Medical Resources interview questions

The interview was very laid back. There is not much room for negotiations as to they are a small company in which the bottom dollar is always protected. There was only one interview with both partners at the same time. The offer was made via email the following day of the interview. I sent counter offer that was too high and they ignored me for a few days. I followed up with a phone call and received a much lower salary offer than my counter. The company prefers new grads and has a high turn over rate.
