Advanced Pain Medicine interview questions

He told me in half way through the interview that he doesn't ask typical interview questions, so I was only informed about the company. He talked about the employees, and how two had to leave at different times to have their babies, "because that's what women do". After I was hired these two employees informed me that he had made sexist comments in their interviews as well.
