Was done online and the interviewer was late but once we got connected it went very well. I wasn’t interviewed by the manage office the unit because she had an emergency.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews one with 2 mangers, peer interview, and unit manager interview and also did shadow shift. The interview process was very thorough. The team really wanted to make sure it is a great fit.

The interview process was a combination of phone and onsite meetings with the recruiter, nurse manger and staff nurses. A tour of the designated unit was also included. Everyone was very kind and helpful through the process.
