Interview is just like other hospitals, background check with private investigator, drug screening and physical. Make sure you have all dates of past jobs/schools correct for the background check. Do your research on Advent Health to get a better understanding of how they operate and their mission. Have information and questions about your position readily available before interviews. Interview process was nerve wrecking but average takes about 30 minutes to an hour.
