Adventure (Japan) interview questions

Initial Screening Interview: A brief round with basic Java-related questions, such as: Online Aptitude Test: Included general aptitude questions. Technical Interview: Focused on Java, Spring, Spring Boot, databases, and data structures and algorithms.

I recently had an experience with Adventure Dhaka that left me quite disappointed. After applying online, I received a call from their HR and a meeting was scheduled. Unfortunately, the interaction was less than professional. The HR representative was unresponsive and not particularly friendly. During our video call, I had my camera on, but the HR person did not turn theirs on, nor did they offer to let me adjust my video settings. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was off-putting. When I asked for more details about the position, the HR representative criticized me for not reading the job description thoroughly, despite being unable to provide any specifics about it themselves. Additionally, when I inquired about negative reviews on Glassdoor, the HR person was unaware of them, which further added to the sense of disorganization. It seems clear that Adventure Dhaka’s HR team could benefit from improving their professionalism and responsiveness.
