Advocate Aurora Health interview questions

I met with two of the managers and the head manager at the same time. Each took turns asking me general interview questions and would ask me to elaborate on situations. I came from an entirely different background to healthcare, but was able to showcase my attention to detail and ability to empathize and care for patients through experiences I had with customers. Their questions weren't hard to navigate.
