It was a thirty minute conversation between the volunteer coordinator and another supervisor. There were questions regarding my CV, previous experience, applicable skills, and my education. The process was very easy and felt like a genuine conversation. The interview questions were also regarding the role and having sufficient knowledge of the day to day.

very simple and friendly was with 2 of the more senior caseworkers, one of my phone alarms accidentally went off and we just laughed about it. it was a simple and easy interview overall
