Aeropol Aviation Services interview questions

Interview with two of the management people for about an hour with walk down of facility. Decision was made in a week. Just one interview. I find interview process was okay and the package was industry average.

Basic questions on my skills and experience. They wanted to observe my skills for a few days even though I have 15 years of experience as a certified tech. No company pension plan, and no guarantee on wage being offered that was posted.
