I had a very poor experience with this company’s recruitment process.
I initially spoke with HR on Monday and agreed to an interview scheduled for Wednesday at 11:00 AM. A calendar invite was sent, which I accepted, and I deliberately set aside time specifically for this interview.
On the day of the interview, I received reminder emails 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I joined the meeting on time, but neither the interviewer nor HR showed up. Shortly after, I received an email rescheduling the interview for the next day.
I professionally asked for an explanation and was told they lost internet access due to a fire. I accepted the rescheduled interview in good faith.
However, one hour before the rescheduled interview, I received another email cancelling it again, this time citing “updates to the technical requirements” of the role.
The repeated last-minute changes, no-shows, and questionable explanations show a complete lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. If this is how the company treats applicants, it raises serious concerns about its internal professionalism and organization.
