Affiniti interview questions

Got into the 3 steps of interviews. Phone interview, user interview and last one was founder. Everything went so smoothly. Tho I didn't get the offer, the founder emailed me why I didn't fit into the role. Not because I wasn't capable or good enough during the interview process, and he said all the experiences that I brought were so above average. But because the other candidate has a specific background in fintech. He cheered me up and wished me good luck for the job search in New York, which I really appreciate.

The process can be divided into 3 stages. The first stage was an online initial scrutiny test that was easy. The second stage was interview and then the last stage was final in-depth technicalinterview. The process was smooth and he was cooperative. The experience was good.
