The interview process went great and was conversational. This was a second time I was interviewing with this company. The first time they had hired an internal candidate, which I totally understand. The second interview was scheduled and after that they started ghosting me. I don’t want to sound unprofessional but this wasn’t necessary, they could have just not invited for an interview if they really weren’t hiring. I see the position is still open and it’s not that difficult to answer to two follow ups. The candidates invest time in interviewing and expect a response back. Highly unprofessional and changed my opinion on their work culture.
