Interview
The interview process begins with a technical screening focused on coding, followed by a hiring manager conversation. After clearing this stage, I moved on to the virtual on-site, which included another coding round and a second manager interview. At every step, I felt well supported — the recruiter, event coordinator, and hiring manager were consistently helpful and communicative, which made the entire experience smooth and positive.

Initial Phone call with recruiter for 30 minutes and 1 hour technical interview with a senior engineer.
The overall process was quick and they were very responsive in providing next steps.

In the initial phone call they asked about my experience and why I wanted to work with Affirm. They also asked why I wanted to leave my current employer.
In the technical interview they had a decision tree type question through hackerrank.
